He has over 16 years of hands-on corporate experience in the field of General Management, Channel & Retail sales management, Training and Sales/Channel development across organizations in India and USA (Gillette, Marico, Kansai Paints, ADF Foods, MAPI Inc.) Working exposure to markets in India, USA, Canada, Russia, England, Netherlands and UAE. Since 2003 he has been consulting and training many national and international companies in the area of “Total Sales Performance”. He has led various consulting projects across leading organizations in India and abroad in the areas of Sales Strategy formulation, Sales Team Coaching & Development and Sales Process re-engineering.

Sanjeev Saxena

Sanjeev has over 28 years of experience in Retail Banking and Operations with Standard Chartered Bank and RAK Bank.

Sanjeev has over 15 years of experience in senior management positions covering markets in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and India. Sanjeev’s management experience covers Managing retail banking business; Formulation of strategy, policies, planning and executing business strategy, Business turnaround, Change Management and Restructuring, Business process reengineering and managing projects for Retail Banking, Project management for system changes, vendor selection and interfacing with IT for business requirements and defining workflows, Managing large centralized operations, Recruitment, succession planning, training and talent management, Development and launch of new products and services.

Sundar Rajan has over 30 years experience as a practicing Sales Manager, consultant and sales trainer. He has rich experience across various fields in Channel development, both General Trade and Modern Trade , Sales, Sales Training, Sales H.R, General Management across organizations in India (H.U.L & Gillette) , South Africa , West Africa (Gillette). Working exposure to markets in Middle East , CIS, North East Africa.

Has over 20 years experience in Sales Training across various national and international companies in the area of Total Sales Performance. He has trained over 2000 sales personnel to better their performances.
